Debbie Burditt, founder of the Enneagram Group, is an Enneagram expert who teaches leaders how to effectively use the wisdom of the Enneagram in their lives and in their organizations.  She is particularly skilled at helping people discover their Enneagram type and is recognized as a leading expert in the field.  Debbie’s extensive experience includes working with well over 1000 leaders across all industries, including many CEO’s and other top leaders of Fortune 200 companies.

Debbie has studied with the world’s leading Enneagram experts, and her training, includes certification with Helen Palmer and David Daniels through the Enneagram Professional Training Program, The Enneagram in Business, and ongoing participation in Enneagram Narrative Learning Community with other experienced students of the Enneagram who explore deeper self-development.

Before dedicating herself to teaching the Enneagram, Debbie received a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and practiced law in Chicago for over twenty years.  She lives in Chicago and in northern Michigan with her husband, Jim Dethmer.

Matt has been working with and supporting clients with the enneagram for the past 15 years.  He’s certified as a enneagram typer by the Enneagram In The Narrative Tradition school located in Menlo Park, CA.  Matt’s work as an executive coach allows him to utilize the enneagram in his conversations with clients to help them get the most out of themselves, their lives and their relationships.



Michael Norton

Michael Norton

Michael Burditt Norton is a typing expert, training facilitator and co-director of the Enneagram Group. He works regularly with individuals and teams across Europe and the US, accessing the Enneagram as a tool for creativity, compassion and collaboration. With the Enneagram as a map, Michael offers tools and guidance to people and organisations who are willing to step into more conscious ways of creation and production. He holds two certifications from The Narrative Enneagram, founded by Dr. David Daniels and Helen Palmer, and is currently studying under the mentorship of Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes.
Michael’s background is as a theatre artist, having presented in some of the premiere venues across Europe as a director and actor. He is also a coach with the Conscious Leadership Group. He received an MFA in Performance Research from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where he currently lives.


Sierra Larson

Sierra is an Enneagram teacher, executive coach and facilitator based in the Bay Area. She brings over a decade of hands-on HR experience scaling and transforming leaders and teams. Sierra uses the Enneagram in her coaching to support leaders in broadening their self-awareness. She also leverages it in her work with teams to establish a shared language, work through real issues and deepen their connection to one another.

Bill is an Enneagram typing and teaching professional, certified by the Palmer/Daniels Enneagram
Professional Training Program in the Narrative Tradition. He applies his Enneagram knowledge and
distinct ability to help leaders identify their Enneagram type and apply that awareness to their professional
and personal lives.
Bill has extensive executive leadership and senior management experience and works with a wide range of
businesses, teams and individuals. He has a deep understanding of the Enneagram and its inspiring and
empowering benefits of helping people become more aware of their strengths and challenges through self-
exploration and the understanding of the nine Enneagram types/ego structures that exist.
