Michael Norton is a managing partner and facilitator with the Enneagram Group. He holds two certifications from The Narrative Enneagram, founded by Dr. David Daniels and Helen Palmer, along with a mastery certification from Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes, and coaches with the Conscious Leadership Group. Based in New York, Michael brings the Enneagram to high-performing teams and cultures around the world, helping people turn type awareness into more alive, conscious ways of leading and working together.

Debbie Burditt, founder of the Enneagram Group, teaches leaders how to bring the wisdom of the Enneagram into their lives and their organizations. Recognized as a leading expert in the field, she is especially skilled at helping people discover their type, and has worked with well over 1,000 leaders across every industry, including many CEOs and top executives of Fortune 200 companies. Debbie trained directly with Helen Palmer and David Daniels through The Narrative Enneagram and continues her study within the Enneagram Narrative Learning Community. Before devoting herself to this work, she earned a JD from Northwestern University School of Law and practiced law in Chicago for over twenty years. She lives in Chicago and northern Michigan with her husband, Jim Dethmer.

Karen Radtke, founder and CEO of Beacon Street Coaching, is a certified Enneagram teacher and practitioner, a certified executive and team coach, and an organization change and culture expert. She studied with leading Enneagram thinkers including Helen Palmer, Russ Hudson, and Bea Chestnut, and in 2014 completed The Enneagram Spectrum Training and Certification with Jerome Wagner, PhD. She has worked with The Enneagram Group since 2014. As of 2023, Karen has partnered with over 1,000 team leaders, using the Enneagram as a roadmap to relational effectiveness. She serves on the faculty of Lake Forest Graduate School.

Bill Reed is an Enneagram typing and teaching professional, certified through The Narrative Enneagram. He draws on extensive executive leadership and senior management experience to help leaders identify their Enneagram type and apply that awareness across their professional and personal lives. Working with a wide range of businesses, teams, and individuals, Bill guides people to see their strengths and challenges more clearly through the wisdom of the nine types, opening a path to deeper self-awareness and more conscious leadership.

George Ramsay is a certified Enneagram practitioner through The Narrative Enneagram who weaves the Enneagram together with Conscious Leadership coaching and breathwork to guide individuals and teams toward greater self-awareness, connection, and transformation. He has worked with over 500 clients and organizations, from law firms and tech startups to nonprofits and schools, and specializes in educators, LGBTQ+ individuals, and mission-driven organizations. George brings clarity, warmth, and grounded presence to every space he leads, making real shifts feel both accessible and sustainable.
